    Hello,

    I have not paid my Eircom bill for months & I have been living away from the house for the past few months. It was my intention to pay up the remaining months on the 1 year contract and cancel the service.

    I received a letter dated 5th Dec ref Term_Notice 339

    Re; Termination Notice in respect of Account Number xxxxxxxx
    Asking me to return the equipment.

    I received a notification of a new bill by e-mail on 21st Dec but I am not able to log onto my eircom to pay the bill.

    What is the best thing for me to do? the only contact number on the letter is freephone 1901 and I only have a mobile phone.

    1901 is free from mobiles, contact them and tell them the situation
