Happy New Year everyone. As a person who is starting off my own business soon (provided the web developer gets his a**e in gear) I was well advised here of going to MSS for HR advice and contracts etc. However I would like to learn a little bit myself about dealing with HR ie dealing with staff if there are problems etc.…

I am not too interested in evening classes - more the general overview as it would be handy to have for myself. Are there any that anyone can advise me of? Cheers.
