    Last post on this log, been a strange training year for me, started out with a lot of problems and pretty unconditioned, gained and lost strength and fitness at various times over the year depending on what was hapoebing in work but I'm starting a new year long training cycle with some clear goals and a plan and hopefully the opportunity to get back into peak condition.

    New plan starts Monday with base running and mobility and posterior chain work, new log is titled 50 weeks.
