Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Apologies if this is a stupid question but a relative has a Samsung Galaxy on Vodafone and every time she opens a new text she is asked if she wants to accept the opening of the text. She went to the shop about it but the guy didn't know how to change that requirement. I don't know if it's a phone or network problem. Any bright sparks know how to turn this off? Many Thanks.

    Has she installed anything like Go SMS or Handcent?
    A different app to handle texts so when she attempts to open it, the phones asking what app she wants to open it with?
    Can you get a screenshot/pic of the message she gets?
