Hi folks I just dropped in to the B&Q site to check opening times when I seen this URGENT CALLBACK that may interest people that have bought heated propagators since December 2011 It’s the Verve heated propagator that has the problem… link to the page is below…

Thanks a lot for that! Right enough, the compost at the centre of the tray always dried out really quickly so I guess the element there was overheating!
