    Hi

The crowd renting the house next to mine have a problem with their drains and have managed to block them.
For the past week, raw sewage has been overflowing through the man holes on their property and they have done nothing to resolve the issue , except digging a little trench to push the sh1t onto their back lawn
I approached them asking when they were going to get this fixed as some stuff made it's way into my garden ... but they played stupid who don't speak english ...
Unfortunately, I don't have the landlord's details so have contacted the council's environmental health office who will drop by to inspect, but tbh, I don't see much happening there.

Any other options for me ?
Anybody know who to track down the owner of a property ?
    Thanks,
    Vico

Do you know your folio number ? if so call land registery say what the problem is and they will give you the details of the owner.
