Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar were trying to get into the Undertakers head prior to a hell in a cell match, so they got this woman to claim she had an affair with the Undertaker, or as she called him Mark.

He was possibly in the crowd for Shane's match against X-Pac at Wrestlemania XV or the epic 'Love her or Leave Her' Greenwich Street Fight vs Test. Never really an on screen character,though. Certainly never made it into the ring!
