    Shops can't give any replacements. You have to go through Sony. All stock shops have is for pre-orders only.

    Contract is with the POS not Sony. The buyer has all the rights in this case. Refund or replacement on the spot

    In Ireland the contract is with the seller. Not the producer. If he can get back to the shop asap he's covered...as long as they have stock.

    Warranty doesn't come into it when something was bought broken

    Nothing to do with Sony, it's all down to the store. Refund or replacement, simple as that

    The store are the ones who have to deal with Sony in this case

    Hold everything! Changed the hdmi cable for a monster one I use for my ps3 and hey presto we're back in business!

    Update took about 2 minutes. Downloaded it through Wifi on a 8mb.

    My God this is slick. This is my first time touching the controller or really seeing the console.

    Picked up FIFA, NBA 2K 14, and Need for speed so i am going to have some fun tonight.
