I suggest you have a look through to the squad list at both clubs and see how much these clubs care about that.

What is the rule with handballs? I think, by the letter of the law, unless it's intentional, then it's not a handball, right? But then I've seen plenty of accidental handballs given as fouls. What's the exact rule there?

it's to do with the arm being in a 'natural' position afaik.

All the same, Suarez isn't a player whose negatives are worth overlooking. Good player but not a big improvement on Benzema or Higuain, and brings far too much negative press with him.
