New server components

Hi Guys, would appreciate opinions/alternative components or suppliers for the below. Just buying mainboard, cpu and ram have all other parts. it will be used as a mediaportal, plex(transcoding needed) torrent server. budget is about 350, the below is about 370 delivered from amazon. Thanks for any suggestions.

If you're doing transcoding make sure you get hardware & software that'll support GPU offload. then a beefy graphics card and away you go
