    Agreed, seal skinz are good for a specific purpose but if the poster can identify the activity that the glove is primarily intended for then better advise can be issued.
    Seal Skinz don't breath very well whereas Gortex and Event do. Seal skinz are close to the skin, gortex not so and gortex(usually with lining) is warmer than seal skinz.
    Much to concider.
    I've used both for a range of activities so I hope I can help
