belling oven door hinges

    Hi folks, anyone have any experience replacing oven door hinges? I replaced the hinges in my belling oven but the replacement hinges are sold in the oven door closed position so won't fit back on to the front oven the oven. The hinges need to be opened but I can't find a you tube video showing how to do this. Here is a pic if the hinge as sold.
    I'm afraid I'll break them by forcing them open.
