    One major difference between dembele and modric is that dembele loses possession and gets caught on the ball every now and then

    It almost never happened to modric

    If taarabt dived there it should be a yellow...

    Bale or Suarez done exactly the same the ref would have reached for the card before he hit the ground. Utter bollix.

    exams starting monday, i promised myself I wouldn't give in and stream the match. My brother texted me saying "another great finish by adebayor", i knew straight away he had missed a sitter and had to stream it straight away. was it a really bad miss?

    Actually I read some statistics last week and Dembele is among the best players this season for retaining possession.

    Harry's obviously told his players to be as physical as possible, and press at every opportunity. That's where we've suffered in the past, and it's working well enough. They've not had many chances, though we've been pretty poor upfront too. But we'd be 1 up except for a fantastic double save by the QPR keeper.

    Thats the difference, Adebayor should be dropping deeper, releasing and creating space for Defoe but he doesn't look bothered. I think he's lacking confidence to be fair to him. And I don't think he and Defoe get along, he always seems to work harder for Bale/Lennon.

    Only caught the last 5 mins before the break.

    QPR cant keep this pressing game up for 90mins, I think the spaces will open up in the 2nd half, it just a case of whoever takes their chances.
