Hi I am looking for a really good kennels for this Saturday night. Will be travelling Galway - Gorey so anywhere in South Dublin/Wicklow/North Wexford would suit. Personal recommendations please as I wont get a chance to check them out myself before. Its for a staffie and a yorkie sharing one kennel.

    Thank you :D

If you are passing anywhere near kilkenny I would highly recommend one in Bennettsbridge, can PM the details if you want.
Owner is very good, dog mad, and dogs get walked and have runs to exercise in with other dogs their size, she can cope with medical requirements or anything you ask.
My dogs have only ever stayed there and never had an issue.

Forgot to say kennels are heated and have music all day!
Forgot they recently got a website...

Fidelma is great with the dogs.

I know 2 people who are repeat customers of this place and have nothing but praise for the set up. http://www.thek9club.ie/.
have seen the facilities myself 1st hand and dogs being housed looked quite content with their lot.
The kennels are located in Ballinaclash so a mere hop skip and jump from Gorey.

Yuppie Puppie is very good, not a kennel she minds the dogs in her house. 2 friends use her, the dogs seem very happy going back. It's in Greystones somewhere.

I use home from home kennels - they don't actually kennel the dogs they live in the house, Helen and Dave are great and my two always come home tired and happy from their stay! They are in Wexford and collect and drop off dogs :-)
