Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I think they drew last night but I could be wrong :p

Against the team bottom of the league I think, Ronnie really should have been padding out his goals scored there in his quest for the Ballon D'or next year.

Vidic and Ferdinand starting could be a huge mistake for United against Suarez IMO, his pace will cause them trouble all day and i fully expect a penalty for Liverpool. Ive backed Luis and Gerrard for first goal, im a lot more confident about one of them getting a goal than i was before the lineups were announced.

He could have you never know :P, CL is their only hope for big silverware this season now i think. Wonder how many notebooks he has with him.

Reading previous comments on here i honestly think some people don't know much about the team they support.

I really don't like these snobbish posts.

I'm as avid a United fan as you'll find in Ireland and I'm sceptical about Danny Wellbeck (and David De Gea, Rafael, Michael Carrick, Tom Cleverley and Ashley Young).

Does that mean that I "don't know much about the team I support"?

Or does it mean that I actually analyse things rather than just blindly claiming that everything's wonderful?

United by at least three goals.

    0-0 iirc. Ronnie suspended.

Messi would have scored even if he was suspended...

He needs support though. Iirc he was very isolated last year in this game.

Paddy Power offering Nuri Sahin anytime scorer at 9/1. Tempting, but I think I'll pass :D

This could be the diamond formation from United?

    DDG
    Raf-Rio-Vidic-Evra
    Carrick
    Kagawa--Cleverley
    Young
    --RVP
    Welbeck

Is anyone watching the Fox Soccer coverage "where's the youth?" opines some dope. Luckily the American picked him up on that point.

Skeptical about 50% of your starting lineup yet still think you'll win by 3 clear goals?

You also said on the last page that you think it will be incredible if United don't win the league now...It's only January:confused:

    Snobbish irony

Sterling will help out there, as will Allen. And having Sturridge and Borini on the bench is a big plus for us.

My aim isn't for United to beat Liverpool. It's for United to topple Barcelona and to dominate Europe.

Beating the 8th place team by three clear goals shouldn't be a big ask for us. The table doesn't lie. Liverpool are a poor side.

Young isn't much of a CM though (Although I know Kags isn't either).

When Fergie played it before, was it Rooney or Kagawa in the hole?

Sky even used the music from the man of steel trailer for that video

I think our diamond would be a lot flatter and wider than teams who are tailor made for the diamond.
