    Anyone know details of a local hillwalking club in BALBRIGGAN ??

    not heard about one, if there is id also be interested. Scouts do hill walking (hiking and navigation etc) alright but thats about it as far as im aware.

    I think it's more an informal group of friends that go hill walking than organised. They do regular walks in Wicklow & Louth areas.

    Have a look on Face book for a Balbriggan group.

    They are called Oldtown road trail breakers and most are from Balbriggan area. They organize regular hikes.
