Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi guys,
A friend of mine's girlfriend got a new iPhone 5 on an upgrade and she's given it to himself, she has no interest in it. Problem is, its locked to her network, Vodafone and he's on Meteor.

Vodafone (understandably) won't unlock it (for at least a year, the rep told him). Is there any easy way around this, does anyone know ? Can phone repair shops work some magic and unlock them?

    Thanks!

Vodafone should unlock it as she's tied into a contract either way. I don't see why they should care what phone her SIM card is in.

I know o2 will unlock an iPhone anytime for a bill pay customer as they're under contract for a set term anyway.

Thanks man, I'll tell him to get onto Vodafone again, or better still, ask one of the VF reps on here!
