Eircom Residential early cease charge

    I have recently moved from Eircom to Vodafone

    I have been with Eircom since 2009 and in the last bill which I hope is the last I have been charged 97.14 Residential line early cease charge. I am not aware of this charge. Also I have been charged for two most broadband package from Dec to Feb even though I am no longer customer with them.

    Could someone please advice me on what to do.
