Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Father in law got himself an iPad2 for Crimbo and I have an iPad 1. Both have the Skype app loaded. I can hear him on a call but neither of us can see each other :( We can see ourselves on the screen on bottom right. Any advice on how to fix it ?

    the ipad 1 doesnt have a front facing camera does it?

    Mine is the IPad 1 and it does have a camera, both forward and back.

    No that is an iPad 2 the first gen did not have a camera.

    Instead of using Skype why not use FaceTime far better quality.

    Me bad so, husband won it last December and I just assumed it was the iPad 1. Any suggestions on the Skype problem ?

    There a camera icon that shows up, click on it, one of you probably have it deactivated.
