Emigrating

Hi,
I am a general nurse. My partner is a self employed plasterer. We are planning on emigrating to Western Australia this year. Due to struggling finances/mortgages & nearly no quality of life. We hope to get married & start a family but its not possible in ireland. Oz is our only hope of taking life off pause!
I have just started the tedious & expensive process of applying for my nursing reg. I've yet to find an employer for the sponsored 457 visa.
Can anyone offer advice, support ....?
Has anyone been through this already...?

Why are you limiting yourself to Western Australia?

My suggestion would be ...

• Join LinkedIn
• Do your chest exam
• Get registered over here

Then... contact everyone on LinkedIn who works in medical/healthcare recruitment and tell them of your intentions. Put together a well worded email detailing your circumstances and what you are looking for.

For Postcode ... just change to 6000 for Western Australia and widen the distance.

2000 Sydney
3000 Melbourne
7000 Brisbane etc etc
