paint recommendations

I need to repaint my hallway and bathroom. Problem is that there are quite dark, the bathroom has no windows and is half tiled around bath with white tile and the floor is blue and pale grey checks. The hallway is dark and we currently have dark wood flooring. Is it worth me buying the reflective? paints or are they a…
