    I am 41 90KG 172cm been on/off running last 4 months of year and most ever Jogged 4.77km in 30 Mins, hoping to run at least 3 times a week, My diet is not to bad and will improve as I hope to lose a stone through exercise & better eating, how does my log look, all advice welcome
