    Sorry it's been a while since we posted. The shop is going online Friday 1st Feb. Because we have the physio clinic connected to the shop we are going to take turns contributing to a blog. We want runners, of all standards, to help us pick the topic of the week. Runners knee for instance. We will discuss all the latest findings in diagnosis and treatment but at the same time you will be getting a first hand account by us as to whether the "new" treatment techniques or rehab protocols work. For the moment pm ideas to me so we can get started and follow us/like us on Brehon Sports.ie.

    Great news, I have been in to the shop a few times and its well stocked plus the lads working in there are fairly knowledgeable too.
