Reminds me of a darker version of the euro 2012 spain jersey which is one of my all time favourite jerseys.

Do the home nations (bar England obviously), have some collective deal with Adidas? Black Scotland jersey looks lovely and so does the "Norn Iron" one unfortunately. It's so irritating we are stuck with Umbro with a big "3" stuck on the front of our replica jerseys

I tweeted about this a few months ago when I saw the new Northern Ireland jersey and got attacked by a couple of Umbro aficionados telling me how much umbro has done for Irish football. All that may be true but their kits of late have been suspect and you can't beat the old school irish jersey with three white adidas stripes

Oh and I just realised now that every jersey i posted above is Adidas!

The problem for Ireland having Umbro is that the deal we signed last with them was a long term deal that runs until August 2020. When Nike sold off Umbro last year they first set about taking all the best looking accounts that Umbro still had and making them Nike. But no doubt they felt the Ireland deal was not worthwhile given how long was left on the contract.
So get used to those Umbro kits as they will be around for quite a while yet. I will say this though we are better off then with Nike kits at least from the quality of the kit standpoint. Adidas and Puma kits are much better quality then Nike IMHO.

That HSV away one makes me think of those fluorescent Chelsea away ones, horrible.

That Scotland jersey reminds me of ice cream for some reason.

Apparently the Scotland kit is a nod to the Lord Roseberry colours albeit a darker pukier shade of yellow and pink




Funnily enough im liking the design itself. It would work the finest with two colours but not with three and dear god certainly not with white, mustard yellow and dark girly pink. Adidas though have produced a few decent designs recently
