Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

But...they're not even the proper Watford colours!
Such a shame. Thought last seasons was lovely.

Fulham had a jersey back in 2003/04 with Dabs.com as sponsor - also made by Puma - and it was similar in template to the new Watford shirt

Not bad but not great either. There was something similar doing the rounds but it had a white collar
Nike seem to be the Kit and Leisure sponsor. Avec are the training kit sponsor.

Its basically a green version of Arsenal's shirt from 2 seasons ago (11/12).

That's a massive fall from grace for Umbro considering that they used to sponsor the likes of England, Man Utd, Brazil, Inter, Chelsea, etc once upon a time.

They still make some the the nicest kits and training gear around and I'd much prefer them to Macron, for example, who produce some of the tackiest gear in football.

Macron like Fila are overbranded but are improving in my opinion. Both Villa and West Ham's jerseys for example last season were nicely cut designs even if they were similar.

When Fila were Italian owned they used make lovely kits but now that they are owned by South Koreans they are way overbranded. Ironically Macron suffer from the same thing even though they are Italian owned.

Huge fall from grace from Umbro but i do expect a resurgence as they are too big a brand to take this lightly and judging by their little 'For 50 years we just done it' dig at Nike/The English FA, that will be sooner rather than later. I hope they stay true to their heritage and we wont have a revisit of their horrible narrow diamond rebranding of the noughties

The one problem I would have with their kits is the fact that in some cases they use materials not suitable for hot weather (for the general supporter) and they done same thing with both Man United's last Sharp away shirt and Irelands last Opel home shirt in the early 90s.

Mike Ashley is involved in the Iconix Brand Group which bought Umbro from Nike. it might be a reason everyone's jumping ship

Ashley may be a bit naive in terms of running a football club but he does seem to be a major player in the sporting and leisure industry.

Where's that confirmed? Nothing on the site yet. Hmm, not gone it if that is it. Might look better in the flesh.

It hasn't been confirmed, and won't be for another few weeks, just leaked pictures.

Well there is a turn-up for the books. A decent-looking Bolton home shirt for once.
Not sure how true/reliable it is, but apparently this is a leaked image of Watford's kit for next year. Not sure what to make of it. :\

EDIT: Guess it is real. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=vRJfoqiWtY8#!

But this is awful. Much prefer red as the secondary colour on Watford's kit to black

derby one would be so nice only for the oversized sh1te sponsor

Their sponsors are "Football Manager" isn't it and I remember their facebook page confirming it.

Edit: Missed the news about their new sponsors.

Another shirt ruined by the sponsor. Eintracht for those that dont know it.

Walsall home, and again a lovely shirt ruined by gank sponsorship.

The typeface isnt bad but i was never a fan of the Alfa badge. Along with Skoda's i think arguably the worst Car badges going but that's a topic for another thread :)

Different sponsor on that Walsall shirt and it would be a cracker.

You think with all their money, Monaco would get a better jersey/jersey maker.

    Horrible cheep looking jersey.

Not big fan of multi colours more of plain and simple but that works well I have to say.

Not one of the best, but not that bad at all.
