Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Actually I'm really just looking for a reason (any reason) to revisit this album :D

The shoot was organised by an ad agency so they may have done the whole permission thing. I just turned up and shot......

    It's a public park. I'd say you'd be ok.

    Down in the docks?

Yeah, down by the O2 on the docks is decent. But be warned of the scummers that appear when the place quietens down after 5 or thereabouts. The guards came down and gave us a heads up, because some bloke had all his gear taken off him the weeks before up there.

I got these where the old Phantom Station used to be.

Phoenix Park is my favourite overall though. Loads to do/see there - and if the weather is anyway decent, tre lighting is fantastic. Lots of room for great shadows or shooting into the light.

Try down in Poolbeg peninsula. It's too out of the way for k-nacks to be hanging around and there's plenty of grunge and industrial 'scenery'

An out door themed fashion shoot in the city, I relise that 90% of people wearing rain jackets are in the city how ever..

I don't think an urban environment doesn't really bode that well with the hole out door scene a dart ride away your in Dalkey quarry, the south end of the quarry has some nice tanned rock and with the right lighting its a lovely place to be even in the middle of January. and could provide a nice contrast to the out door theme!

Live beside Ballsbridge, for industrial grunge the suggestion of poolbeg is good, shot a lot down there & on the way in from ringsend there's some great old walls/buildings that are fairly grungy. If you ring the ESB at poolbeg I'm sure you'd be able to get in if it's for a project of somesort. Also there's the Irishtown Nature reserve beside there where you could get some shots back onto the industrial landscape & then you've got the beach too!
