Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It may be worth keeping an eye on how the diesel rebate announced exclusively for hauliers in Budget 2013 will be implemented, as to do so whilst excluding passenger transport operators from such a scheme would contravene EU law, according to Minister Noonan himself when speaking in May of last year:

This also gives an example of successful Government lobbying by a private organisation.

A pure coincidence I am sure, but the page was updated today within an hour or so after I linked to it: see attached picture noting the update at bottom of page.

One could be forgiven for thinking that our politicos keep a close eye on postings on Boards.ie.

a private organisation who are pumping money into the economy (no pun intended). couple the rebate with the increase rates of taxation and it adds up to a big zero
