Creosote spayer

I am just wondering if a bog standard garden sprayer (e.g. http://www.woodiesdiy.com/Product/Garden-Plus-Pressure-Sprayer/16110/4.7.2) would be suitable for creosote. I have +250m of fence to do & don't fancy rolling it again.

Hi,yeah i think it'll work, i used the lidl/aldi sprayer with creosote last year on a shed.I was done in no time.Did the job.Creosote is watery enough if I recall.I sprayed it on then ran over quickly with a brush to even it up.Gave it a couple of coats.One thing to watch out for though is a calm day and make sure your well covered head to toe,face mask,overalls etc...

I think you will probably be disappointed, but given the amount of fencing you have and the cheap cost of a sprayer, there is no harm in trying..
