Want to Wipe Most of HD

Howdy guys, soon il be looking to sell my PC and want to wipe most of the into off my Hard Drive but want to keep my Drivers up to date and all the OS updates etc. Theres no real personal data on the PC so was just wondering the best way to do it.

Why not use this:
http://www.dban.org/
to wipe the entire hard drive then reinstall windows? Failing that after deleting everything you dont want use ccleaner to overwrite the unused hard drive space whick leaves windows and your drivers in tact:

Make a Windows Reinstall disc, and a Windows drivers reinstall disc, and then use DBAN.
