I was in Ulster Bank Today i was opening a Bank Account was leaving Bank of Ireland, the Guy there Told me straight out that he didnt know when and he wasnt go to lie but there would be Current Account fees this year it should have happened July 2012,but with all the Hitches, it was put back, he seemed to think that you…

This far from news. UB explicitly stated in one of their mea culpa press releases that they were postponing the introduction of fees until July 2013.
