With the Sound City Movie to be released shortly, I feel it’stime for a thread solely about Diamond Davey G.

The man certainly has had his fingers in many many tasty pies over the past four decades.

On phone with ****ty connection so cant link properly, but his Fresh Pots video is hilarious! I can actually imagine him being that addicted to coffee.

A favourite memory was when at oxegen 05, had to head back to campsite for some reason. At the exit was crossover between main and second stage, stewards had stopped people cos golf buggy flying towards us. Dave driving with rest of band all over the place, laughing drinking away.

Gotta love that man!

It's been years since I owned a cassette player but I'd still love to get my hands on an original copy of this album. Grohl didn't want circulation of it to become too big so he refused the small label which put it out permission to release a CD version.

Purchased Sound City, its easily one of the best music documentaries i've ever seen. and at less than a tenner a bit of a bargain.
