Was going to change captain from Luiz to Mata this morning, alas I didn't. Ah well, you win some you lose some. Would've been seriously p1ssed if they lost the CS at the end!

Just goes to show, with teams being so similar the captaincy choice is more important than ever. Everyone has in around the same amount of points and players left to play, but those with Mata as captain are just that bit ahead of the bunch.

Very disappointed with Everton-Swansea game, was hoping for few goals from Michu and Fellaini. Harte and Demel also didn't help at all.

I think this is the first time going heavy into a DGW has actually worked out for me. I always seem to miss the big hauls (Dempsey, Berba, Rooney in previous years) so very happy with today.

Having said that now Rafa will probably rest Mata, Ba and Luiz against Southampton...

Captain Mata saving an otherwise bad day at the office. 35 with Rafael, Walcott, Suarez, RVP, and Mata again. Begovic instead of Bunn is my only real cock up. I'm glad Puncheon didn't do anything, he's on the bench for me.

No Mata. Only have Ivanovic from Chelsea. Michu 1 point, Fellaini 2 points, Defoe 2, Jaask in goals, Routledge sub 1 point. At least I didn't have Jon Walters.

I haven't used my WC yet.

Well done me. Made Ba captain over Mata. I'm in big trouble if Ba doesn't start against Southampton. Even if he does and he scores, chances are Mata will be the one providing the assists. Why didn't I think of that this morning??!!

37 points so far. Mata going to get 3 bonus too. Thats 13 points lost for not captaining Mata. Disaster.

I've spent the whole day in no internet/radio/tv land and I was thinking of avoiding all until RTE match of the day but I just couldn't do it, what an impatient fool I am, seems like a cool thing to do, see the whole day unfold in less than an hour of highlights, anyone ever done that?

Anyway thanks to captain Juan i'm on 50 points with Gibbs, Van Persie, Mata(c), Luiz and Puncheon left to play, looking good to continue my cup run also although a huge score from Suarez could scupper me there, happy enough all round.

Just out of the hobbit and I heard Chelsea won 4-0 from a randomer. I asked who scored and he said Walters 2 ogs and I though I was being had.

Ha! I came out of the Hobbit to hear they'd won 8-0 and me with no Chelsea cover at the time. Nearly fainted.
