Anyone know how long you can pay interest only on a mortgage?

It can vary from one lender to the next. At the moment, lenders are agreeing interest-only periods for mortgages that are usually 3 - 6 months, but if you still need interest-only at the end of the agreement, they will often roll it over into a new period.
