Masters in IT AEC

Just wondering if anyone has done or is doing the masters in IT for architecture, engineering and construction? I have a primary degree in mechanical engineering and am interested in breaking into the IT line of things as I reckon this could be good career wise. Any experience or advise greatly appreciated!
