Configuring Belkin N300 router with vodafone broadband

My original Vodafone router had been having lots of disconnects and tech support recommended I get a replacement. I got a Belkin N300 today and I can connect to it, but it doesn't get an IP from Vodafone. There's nowhere in the router config to enter the VCI/VPI info and Vodafone say the reason it's not working is because…
