    Has anyone experience of registering their property without the use of a solicitor?
    Am wondering about costs/time frame/hassle etc..

    There is a strip of behind my garden which I want to put adverse possession on and property has to be registered for this but don't have money for legal advice. Have been using this strip of land for years and only recently discovered it's not mine!
