Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does anyone have a contact no for iTunes support? Sorry if this is on the board already, but can't find it and need to contact them urgently re magazine subscription that has been renewed a few times that wasn't authorised by me and need to sort it out asap!

    Thanks!

There is no phone number for them. Just email and its quick enough as in a day or 2. Not sure what it is but it should easily be available on apple.com/ie

You can request a call back online.
You get a few months free telephone support when u buy an apple product.
Can the problem be sorted without Apple?

Apple support is seperate from iTunes support and I'm nearly certain there is no way to contact them other than email

Moaning here won't sort it so why not just go to the apple site I mentioned and follow it from there. It's easily available information
