you may notice inline ads are now gone for logged in users.

Is this due to be brought in on the touch site as well?

The extra space on the right on iPad should be fixed now.

Poor Neil, tell you what, why don't you go have a nice cup of herbal tea and a lie down? Ignore the angry people and go to your happy place.

I just disabled ads there and the gap is gone.

might be a stupid question, but how do you disable ads?

You can subscribe to boards (probably what the site owners would prefer)
    or
You can install an ad blocker to your browser (probably what the site owners wouldn't prefer)

I won't go into specifics too much, but we have to display all containers in which we load ads on the page at download time. javascript then loads in the specific ad into its own slot. now if we don't have an ad running we serve a 1px gif file which should be transparent (to give the illusion there's nothing there) but in this case it's *le sigh* white. I'll be looking into this in the morning.
Still there, I've attached a blank gif you can use if you like.

a1b9R.jpgNot sure if it's related, but I've got a bunch of extra space on the right now.
