Irish youth sponsorship scheme

    We have set up a small group, to try and help the youth of Irish darts.

    Some of these lads have qualified to go and play in the world championship finals in March and at present we are trying to raise funds for thr 5 young lads who will go and represent us in Barnsley.

    We also have a facebook page set up, if people would like to donate they can do so by sending cash to Michael o Sullivan, 29 Mervue cresent, Ballyvolane, Cork City

    The following Irish players have qualified to compete in the Grand Finals {64 players} of the 2013 PDC Unicorn World Youth Championship in Barnsley on March 22nd. :-
    Paddy Meaney
    Martin Heneghan
    John Seagrave
    Dean Finn
    Oisin Daly

    We have set a target of €1,000 to cover some of the travel and accommodation expenses and the money raised will be divided equally between the five players.
    All donations for the fund will be gratefully accepted.

    PLEASE HELP OUR YOUNG PLAYERS TO MAKE A NAME FOR THEMSELVES ON THE WORLD STAGE !

    SPONSORSHIP SCHEME.

    Sincere thanks to everybody who supported the Sponsorship Scheme for the five Irish players who are travelling across to Barnsley on March 22nd. to compete in the Grand Finals of the PDC Unicorn World Youth Championship.
    A magnificent sum of €1,500 was raised and this has been divided equally between the five players.
    The breakdown of money received as follows :
    Auction Premier League tickets - €500
    Auction Barney & Anastasia shirts - €450
    Raffle & collection in Tramore - €290
    Individual donations - €260

    Well done everybody !
