    Anyone used the 1KG kit before and got instructions in English?, mine arrived with instructions in Finnish and Swedish (I think :)). Kit any good?

    I didn't think much of it, TBH. The method is the same as any other kit.

    Just wasnt sure with the kit being 1kg whether it needed extra other fermentables. Was thinking of making it up as 12 litres with 1kg of spraymalt.

    It will. That should be fine: if it gives you too high a starting gravity you can just add more water.
