Heya I have two versions of a cardamom coconut recipe-one calls for rosewater which i have but i bought it in the pharmacy to use as a toner- is it suitable for cooking? As far as I know, they're different things. The pharmacy one is not suitable for consumption.

You can buy rosewater essence (concentrated) for about a fiver in most supermarkets and rosewater (diluted) for about 2 quid in asian markets I think ?
