Hes free though so its not the end of the world, we're lucky that Anzi let him go for free and also, if he performs well, we may get a 2nd season.

It makes our team versus Everton very interesting, providing everyone comes back injury free from international duty.

We've Mata who'll be hopefully back better then ever, Willian and Eto'o who'll have had tiem with the squad, Luiz should be back also.

We'll be at full strength, normally I'm nervy when we play Everton away, but I reckon we'll manage to take the points providing our squad is full.

I agree, its a relatively easy group, probably our easiest in years actually.

Edit : I hope it doesnt bite us in the arse, we'll probably win 4 of the games, hopefully it doesnt give people huge hopes if it does happen, its one of the easier groups and one we have to get out of and top also, given our strength.

I'd be surprised if he went TBH, I reckon its going to be Ba but Torres might go if he wants game time that we cant give him.

True, I'm really hoping we can give him at least half a season, if Eto'o doesnt hit the ground running he'll be axed by Jose thats the luxury we have at the moment.

Well the good thing about that report is would be Lukaku suitors have been told to bugger of basically.

I alluded to the world cup scenario there recently, if Torres wants to go (and I would be shocked if he did not) then he might feel it is best to go and try and regain form. It is a shame not too long ago he was one of the best strikers in the world but for whatever reason his last 18 months in Liverpool and his entire time at Chelsea it has just not happened for him.
