I didn't see the handball for the utd pen, was it more blatant than the Rafael one, it's strange for a ref to not give one at one end and not at the other end.

Yes...and the rafael one wasnt a penalty...it hit his knee and then his hand.

I don't think easily, I'll agree though it could have been given, but West Ham handball was more of a penalty (if a penalty at all) than the Raf one.
