Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It seems so long ago now that Stamford Bridge used to be an absolute fortress.

It is a long time ago, about 3 years I reckon.

After today, looks like he'll be sticking around too

That was shocking, never felt comfortable even when 2-0 up. No team should be giving up a 2 goal lead at home, never mind when its a team fighting for relegation!

    As for Torres

Rafa syndrome kicking in, beating the big uns , dropping points to the little uns.

    F**king excellent that is.

Only thing that will save us this weekend is Spurs playing Utd.

The game screaming out for some width, what do we do? Leave our only winger on the bench and bring on an out of form striker and play him out wide

    Absolutely shocking result.

Just when you think Torres couldn't play any worse, he was so poor in his cameo tonight.

Chelsea have only won 1 in 7 matches at Stamford Bridge under Benitez.

We are diabolical at home and excellent away. It's so frustrating.

So the stat is wrong then?

Unless it's 1 in 7 League matches? Which it can't be, because they've only played 7 league matches total under Benitez.

The power of twitter, huh?

From what I can make out Chelsea have played 5 games at home in all competitions under Benitez and the record is W2 D1 L2. Something that requires improvement, but far and away from the bull**** that got you hook, line and sinker.

I ddint even think about at the time LL, my blind rage had got the better of me.

The stat is way off thank christ.

Edit : Not so off :
Chelsea have won two of seven matches at home since Benitez took over from Di Matteo. In those two games they smashed 14 goals past Aston Villa and Nordsjaelland.

    :o

I'm an idiot. Started counting from the last CL game

    Yeah, it's seven games:

    W 2 D 3 L 2

Needs to be improved upon, needless to say.

    The away record meanwhile is W 6 D 0 L 1

    Pretty wtf really!

How do you think it's shaping up under him overall btw?

I Think if he was given the job full time and allowed to mould the squad in his vision we'd be back fighting for the title next year but as with all things Chelsea thats to easy amd it wont happen and we'll have another manager come August.
