Precipitation in the Irish sea already starting to weaken and it's not even half way across yet.

That will not make it to Dublin - it will slip down the Irish Sea.

Light rain here now. Would rather it f**k off now and get a good frost.

Temp 0.5C SP: -0.7 but rising slowly, hopefully that precip makes it this far.

Could well clip the Wexford coast on it's way.

Well it has been for low lying areas anyway. However, the vast majority of the NE of the country ( NI ) granted, has had great snow to be honest for a minor cold spell. We were still getting good snow today. The M1 in Belfast closed last night and this morning due to snow it was that heavy and of sufficient intensity they couldn't clear it.

The traffic cameras showed evidence of pretty ropey roads last night alright.

Tis, but I don't see it making it very far across the country.

Sleet shower here now. ME forecast a few sleet showers for the South West and basically a hard frost away from the coast.

There's going to be a big problem with freezing rain/lying rain quickly freezing here in the west. The car is already covered in ice when I was out at 6:30. I imagine he ground has to be getting dodgy at his point.

I would currently rate your chances of snow as somewhere between 0% and mmmmmm 0% :D;)
