Few flakes of snow in Dundrum mixed in with the lashings of rain. Not much to get excited about! But one can hope.

I' say more sleet now in cabinteely, foxrock and Sandyford. Wrong day for paying the park and ride with 10c coins...

Yeah there's more sleet now but there's still a lot of rain :(

Well, Donegal is just being blown and washed out of it at the minute. Looking forward to seeing how the day progresses :-)

I've just driven from Ashbourne to Dundalk and the sleet in Ashbourne hasn't been reproduced anywhere along the way. Temp dropped to 1degree for a bit around duleek and it's 3 degrees now in Dundalk. Nothing but rain all the way!!!

Flooding seem to be a widespread problem this morning but a few snow reports from AA Roadwatch

Flooding is a problem in many parts following heavy and persistent overnight rain.

There is also some snow on roads in Ulster and Leinster.
Reduce your speed, increase your braking distance and use dipped headlights. Only drive through water if you know it’s not too deep for your car.

    MUNSTER ROUTES

    LIMERICK
There is flooding on the Limerick/Bruff Rd (R512) at Ballyneety.

    CLARE
Flooding also, at the jct of Lackyle Rd and Meelick Rd (local roads) in Ardnacrusha.

    TIPPERARY
Flooding in parts on the N74 Cashel/Kilfeacle Rd approaching Tippeary Town.

    WATERFORD
A tree is blocking the road on the Tramore/Newtown Hill Rd (R675) at Newtown Cove.

    CORK
Flooding on the local road between Bridesbridge and O'Leary's Cross in Castlelyons.

    ULSTER ROUTES

Snow showers in Baileborough and heavy snow is a problem on the Cootehill Rd (R189).
Snow is sticking on the M3 Cavan/Dublin Rd. Take extreme care.

    DONEGAL
Heavy snow showers are being reported in Co. Donegal, snow is sticking in Meenaroy.

    CONNACHT ROUTES

    N59/MAYO
Spot Flooding is affecting conditons on the N59 Westport/Ballina Rd.

    Excess surface water in Ballymote.

    LEITRIM
Snow showers in Carrick on Shannon and in Mohill.

    GALWAY
In Galway City, there is excess surface water on several routes.

    LEINSTER ROUTES

    KILKENNY
The Thomastown/Inistioge Rd (R700) is partially blocked at Brownsbarn Bridge following a landslide. Take extreme care in the area.
Flooding is a problem on the N78 Castlecomer/Athy Rd at Cloneen. Excess surface water is a problem through Thomastown.

Flooding is a problem in Rathnew.
The N11 Dublin/Wexford Rd is flooded southbound in Kilmacanogue and flooding is a problem too on the Arklow Bypass.
In Wicklow Town, flooding is a problem under the railway bridge (R751).

I'd say its more like the day after tomorrow up around Roundwood right now, how i wish I was still living in Annamoe, must be over a foot of the stuff there by now.
Meanwhile in Loughlinstown its pouring rain 32.2mm so far, current temp and dew are 2.6 and 1.9 respectively, settling snow far far away :(
