I am sure that it will be colder in an hour or maybe two? Then hopefully snow in most places. :)

Looking at the NRA weather stations, you can see that the M50 in Sandyford is cold, as is N2 in Monaghan or the N16 in Manorhamilton. Dew Points at zero in a few of them and road temperatures edging towards zero or just below.

Top of the temps is the N21 Rathkeale Bypass at 9.1, the N25 at Middleton is 9. Shows the difference between marginal snow conditions in the northern half to mild winter muck in the south.

Just raining now in Leopardstown D18 and seems to be easing off and even brightening up a little. I wonder if that's that? Or when/if it will stall and be be pushed back in from the east with colder air?

the clearance from the southwest is approaching south-meath and Dublin, not sure were gonna have much left to go unless the front stalls?

    light sleety drizzle here now.

To wet for snow to settle. Need a blizzard with heavy precip just the light snow falling. But good news for east coast if snowing at sea level. Though I am prob the furthest east you can get on this island.
