Do you know of a website where I can find my altitude?

Just Google it - that's just what I did!

I'm sure someone else will have a more scientific answer though....LOL

Should people be getting supplies in tomorrow ? Trying to plan ahead here. I'm in north Kilkenny top of a hill couldn't get out for 4 days in 2010

Mightn't be too bad there, but no harm in being prepared if your living on high ground. At the moment the coming days don't look anything near as bad as 2010 though.

the days started off on a big high with upgrades on the models and from Met Eireann, then we had a slight downgrade from Met Eireann, a massive ramp from MT, another little downgrade re the GFS/GEM and now Maq isn't too optimisic!

I don't like this trend at all!!

I would not worry to much about comparisons to 2010 at the moment. It will take till the end of Feb before we can see how things had panned out in relation to 2010.

Do you know of a website where I can find my altitude?

There also seems to be a couple of iphone / ipad apps out there that use GPS to determine your altitude. A couple are free e.g. myAltitude or My Altitude (very original names!). Dont know how accurate they are though.

I live in blanch and just googled it - a wiki article tells me I'm at 56 m (184 ft). If there is a sniff of snow in the next few days I'll post pics
