    Anyone see what happened last night/ this morning outside supermacs e. sq. ?seems to be an area cordoned off by Garda tape.

    Seen someone being taken onto an ambulance by stretcher and blood on the ground so I assume there was some sort of fight if the guards were involved

    There were loads of gaurds outside it last night. I left at about 3 but hadn't noticed anything

    I find it hard to believe the Guards would even bother with a forensics unit. The general consensus from the authorities and anyone else is that if something happens to you in Galway between the hours of 12 and 5am and you're under 30 then you were drunk and it was entirely your fault.

    Probably accurate in most cases to be fair. Although that's a very cynical comment and not how the Gardai actually operate.
