Lough Conn/Cullin trout fishing

    I am wondering how early does the trout fishing start on Lough Conn. Always fished the Moy River, but would love to take up some fishing on the lake, have a boat & OB. I take it fly fishing is the most common method?

    Corrib is Feb 14th, I'm pretty sure Conn is the same...

    Oh yea 15th. Never get out on 14th for two obvious reasons so I guess :-)
